To place an order on the Hex Figures website, follow these steps:
- Access the website and navigate to the character section.
- Select the products you wish to purchase and add them to your cart.
- Enter your shipping and billing information.
- Choose the payment method you wish to use.
- Click on “Place Order”.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.
The delivery time for orders depends on the destination country. Orders destined for Spain may take between 3 and 4 days, while destinations outside of Spain may take slightly longer. If you would like to know the delivery times for your city precisely, please contact us so that we can provide you with a more accurate timeframe.
Yes, you can return a product if you are not satisfied with it within 14 days of receiving it. To do so, you should follow these steps:
- Contact Hex Figures to inform them of your return (info@hexfigures.com).
- Return the product following the instructions provided to you via email.
The product must be in perfect condition and must not have been assembled or painted under any circumstances. After receiving and inspecting the product, the purchase amount will be refunded within the following 14 days.
You can pay by credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.
